Designed to allow you to perform all types of grappling and wrestling drills without affecting the structure of the dummy, you can be sure the dummy has been made with durability in mind. Featuring bent arms and legs that follow a natural movement, it allows resistance when grappling that simulates realistic resistance. The dummy has been crafted from SYNTEC skin which is a type of synthetic leather that is highly pliable and flexible which is backed with a mesh inner.
